Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed. All our leads are handmade, so if the item you have chosen is not already in stock we may need this time to make it. Otherwise it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom, Monday to Friday.

 • Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders, arriving within 2–3 working days.

 • Express Delivery — £5, delivered within 1 working day after dispatch.

Potential Delays

On rare occasions, factors outside our control such as adverse weather or postal strikes can delay a delivery. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Promotions and Delivery Where a promotional code is used, the discount applies to the product price only and not to the cost of delivery. Free delivery offers apply to standard delivery only.
